Catricia Roberson is the Founder and Program Director of Rise Again Housing, bringing more than 25 years of distinguished public service, financial leadership, and operational excellence to the mission of addressing housing instability and recovery support in Texas.
Catricia is a 10-year United States Navy Veteran and a retired Supervisory Budget Analyst from the Department of Homeland Security, where she served within Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). In this senior leadership role, she was responsible for overseeing complex federal budgets, ensuring fiscal accountability, regulatory compliance, and the responsible stewardship of public funds—experience that directly informs the strong financial governance of Rise Again Housing.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Project Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management. This combination equips her with a rare ability to bridge finance, compliance, operations, and human-centered care, allowing her to build housing programs that are both compassionate and structurally sound.
Over the past year, Catricia has served as Program Director of Rise Again Housing, leading sober living, reentry, and transitional housing initiatives for homeless veterans and individuals recovering from substance use disorders. Her approach emphasizes dignity, accountability, structure, and sustainability—ensuring residents have not just housing, but a pathway toward long-term stability and independence.
Based in Dallas, Texas, Catricia’s vision is to expand high-quality sober living homes throughout Texas to combat the growing housing crisis linked to opioid addiction, substance abuse, and alcohol dependency. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to service, disciplined execution, and the belief that recovery is strongest when supported by safe, stable environments.
